Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws, residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information as those terms are defined by law.

Our position

Spes Financials does not sell your personal information for money. In the course of evaluating and arranging financing, we share application information with partner lenders and service providers so that your request can be underwritten and funded. Where such sharing falls within the statutory definition of a "sale" or "share," you may opt out using the process below. Sharing that is necessary to provide a service you requested — for example, transmitting your application to a lender to obtain an offer you asked for — may continue as permitted by law.

How to opt out

To submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to exercise any other privacy right, contact us:

You do not need an account to submit a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Authorised agents

You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorisation and verification of your identity.
